Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Request:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via the official Cancellation Request Form (see above).
- The form must be completed in full and submitted by the account holder.
- Processing Time:
- Our support team will contact you within 48 hours. Please keep an eye out for an email from TroyWins support.
- Please check your inbox, promotions, and spam folders if you do not see the emails. We will work diligently to reach you after submission of the form, but it is your responsibility to reply to our team. We are here to help.
- Effective Date:
- The cancellation will be effective from the date of processing, not the date of form submission. You may still be charged in the interim.
- You will receive an additional email confirmation once your cancellation request has been processed.
Refund Policy

- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof that you have followed the Troy Wins system and strategy exactly as taught for a full ninety days.
Refund requests are subject to a case-by-case review. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if our policies have not been followed.

- Trial Memberships:
- No refunds are provided for trial memberships. You will not be charged further if you cancel during the trial period, although we may take up to 48 hours to process your request.
- General Terms:
- All sales are final. Refunds are only issued under the conditions stated above.
- Chargebacks and disputes filed with your bank or credit card provider will immediately terminate your account and may incur additional fees, as we communicate with your bank or credit card company to show proof of charges according to our terms and conditions.
