I wish to cancel my membership as of the date I submit this form. I understand that it may take up to 48 hours to process my request and that if my billing date falls within that time, I may still be charged and that my cancelation will be effective on the next billing cycle. Also, any potential refund is subject to our refund policy and you must show proof that you followed the Troy Wins system and strategy exactly as taught for a full ninety days and that that you did not win during that time. All cancelation and refund requests are subject to review on a case-by-case basis. You agree to our terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Troy Wins

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Request:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via the official Cancellation Request Form (see above).
- The form must be completed in full and submitted by the account holder.
Processing Time:
- Cancellation requests will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
- You may still be charged if your billing date falls within this 48-hour processing window. Your cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
Effective Date:
- The cancellation will be effective from the date of processing, not the date of form submission.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation request has been processed.
Trial Memberships:
- For trial memberships, such as the 7 Days for $7 offer, you may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid further charges, but it may still take 24-48 hours to process your request.
- If the trial period is not canceled within the trial duration, your subscription will automatically continue at the regular rate.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:
- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof that you have followed the Troy Wins system and strategy exactly as taught for a full ninety days.
  Refund requests are subject to a case-by-case review. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if our policies have not been followed.
Refund Request Process:
- Submit your refund request through the Cancellation Request Form above.
  Include all necessary documentation and evidence that you adhered to the Troy Wins system for the required period.
Processing Time:
- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 7-10 business days.
  Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
Trial Memberships:
- No refunds are provided for trial memberships. You will not be charged further if you cancel during the trial period, although we may take up to 48 hours to process your request.
General Terms:
- All sales are final. Refunds are only issued under the conditions stated above.
- Chargebacks and disputes filed with your bank or credit card provider will immediately terminate your account and may incur additional fees.
